Cheesemaking Gift Vouchers

There are two types of cheesemaking gift vouchers available:

An Intensive Cheesemaking Course Gift Voucher

A cheesemaking course gift voucher is a unique gift that will provide the recipient with a most memorable experience of making their own cheese and taking those cheese home at the end of the course to enjoy. It is a two day course, usually on a weekend, with 14 hours of hands on cheesemaking. Each person makes their own cheese, including Brie, Cheddar, Fresh Mozzarella, Persian Feta, Greek Feta, Ricotta and quark. At all courses, all materials, instruction, meals, including wine and cheese on the Sunday, a take home 40 page recipe booklet are included.  Participants are encouraged to follow up the course by starting to make their own cheese at home. But some people just enjoy the depth of understanding and appreciation of what is involved in making (and consuming) all of those styles of cheese.

Courses are held regularly in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Perth. There are 2 courses available, Intensive Cheesemaking 1 which is aimed at beginners and recently started cheesemakers or Intensive Cheesemaking 2 for more experienced cheesemakers.  The recipient of the gift voucher can choose to attend a course level, a venue and a time that suits them.

A 5% discount ‘per person’ applies if a Gift Voucher is purchased for two or more persons.

A Gift Voucher for a Dollar Value

A Gift Voucher that can be used to purchase cheesemaking equipment or that can go towards an Intensive Cheesemaking Course. The recipient can choose. As the purchaser, you choose the nominated dollar values of $50, $100, $200, $300, $400 or choose your own $ value.

Conditions Apply

The purchaser will be emailed the gift voucher straight after the purchase has been completed. It is then the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the gift voucher to the recipient.

If the recipient of an Intensive Cheesemaking Course voucher chooses not to attend a course, that person can substitute the voucher for cheesemaking equipment.

Once the recipient nominates for an Intensive Cheese Course level, date and venue, cancellation conditions will apply.

If the recipient has obtained an Intensive Cheesemaking Course voucher and cannot attend a course, they can nominate a substitute to attend, provided Cheesemaking is notified first by email and approval is provided.

Refunds or redemption of Gift Vouchers for cash is not available for any of the vouchers.

The gift voucher will need to be used in one transaction.  There is no option of carry over of partly used amounts of the gift voucher.

The purchaser of the gift voucher receives an automatically generated PDF voucher and there is also the option of adding the recipient’s name and a personalised message to the voucher.  Each voucher has its own identifying code.  That code is used by the recipient to redeem the voucher.

There is a two year expiry on all gift vouchers.
