The cheeses that you can make with this kit are:
- Greek Feta
- Soft Creamy Feta
You can choose to either: brine or vacuum seal or marinate these cheeses. Both Feta’s can be made to your choice of: strong, salty, crumbly, creamy; you get to choose by using slight adjustments listed for each recipe.
This kit will contain the following items:
- MTF starter culture
- MA315 or MA221 starter culture
- Rennet 20ml (please specify if you require vegetarian rennet)
- Lipase
- Calcium chloride 50ml
- Fine cheesemaking salt x 500g
- Cheese baskets and hoops x 2
- Syringes x 4
- Mini measuring spoons set of 5 spoons x 1 set
- Iodine sanitiser 50ml
- Dial thermometer x 1
- Complimentary Dial thermometer
