All the cheeses from this kit can be made using cow’s milk, goat’s milk or mixed cow and goat milk.

The cheeses that you can make with this kit are:

  1. Greek Feta (that can be brined, vacuum sealed or marinated)
  2. Soft and Creamy Feta (that can be eaten fresh, brined, vacuum sealed or marinated)
  3. Strong, Salty and Crumbly Feta (that can be brined, vacuum sealed or marinated)
  4. Marinated Persian Feta (marinated)
  5. Fresh Feta (eaten fresh)
  6. Quark
  7. Cream Cheese (eaten fresh or marinated)
  8. Cultured Buttermilk (fresh)
  9. Salted and Cultured Unsalted Butter (fresh)
  10. Halloumi (make yours extra salty or less salty) (eat fresh, brine salted or vacuum sealed)
  11. Crème Fraîche
  12. Sour cream (eaten fresh)
  13. Ricotta, Ricotta Salata, Ricotta Fuma (smoked) and Paneer Recipes (eaten fresh)
  14. Yoghurt
  15. Labneh Cheese (eaten fresh or marinated)
  16. Mozzarella made with citric acid (beginner)
  17. Mozzarella made with starter culture (slightly more advanced)
  18. Burrata (slightly more advanced)

I have found that over many years of providing cheesemaking courses, having some basic cheesemaking experience before you get to the course is an enormous help with taking in the information provided at the course.
