If you have never made cheese before, this is the most comprehensive of the three cheesemaking kit options to help you start a cheesemaking journey. This kit is a combination of the previous 3 smaller kits listed previously:

  1. Greek and Marinated Persian Feta Cheesemaking Kit plus other cheeses
  2. Make Halloumi, Marinated Persian Feta, Crème Fraîche and other cheeses kit   
  3. Make Cultured and Direct Acidified Mozzarella and Burrata and several other cheeses kit

Each kit also comes with a supplementary guide that explains why you are undertaking each step and a detailed technical information booklet for those who want to explore the science of cheesemaking further. The recipes and the booklets are emailed the same day the kit is posted

The only items you need to purchase are pasteurised but not homogenised milk and some supermarket cream depending on the recipe. Use your own common kitchen items such as saucepans, stirrers and knives.

All the cheeses from this kit can be made using cow’s milk, goat’s milk or mixed cow and goat milk.

The cheeses that you can make with this kit are:

  8. Salted and Cultured Unsalted Butter (fresh)
  9. Halloumi (make yours extra salty or less salty) (eat fresh, brine salted or vacuum sealed)
  10. Crème Fraîche and Sour cream (eaten fresh)
  11. Salted and Cultured Unsalted Butter (eaten fresh)
  12. Ricotta, Ricotta Salata, Ricotta Fuma (smoked) and Paneer Recipes (eaten fresh)
