Draining Bag – quark/labneh


  • Double stitched for extra strength
  • 100% linen cotton close weave bag used for draining cheese curd.
  • 4 litre capacity (420mm x 200mm).
  • Four lugs/loops stitched to the top of the bag for easy hanging.
  • These bags should be well rinsed after use and machine washed.
  • I recommend placing the quark bag in boiling hot water (not a chemical sanitiser) for five minutes immediately before use
  • Comes with one stainless steel hook for hanging
  • Used for draining many cheeses including:
