Cheese wax provides a barrier on the outside of the cheese to protect it from physical damage, mould from growing and to prevent the cheese from drying out
Choose the colour of wax that you want
Each 1 x kg of wax comes with a small bottle of special wax colour
It’s as easy as warming up the wax to melt it and then adding the colour and stirring it in
A small amount of colour added to the wax will provide a lighter colour and a larger amount will provide a deeper colour
The wax and the colour are both food grade
The melted wax can be applied to the cheese by a pastry brush or by dipping the cheese in the melted wax.
