I am thankful for this course, it has opened my mind to think that I just made 8 different cheeses over one weekend. I did not think that was possible for a complete novice. Graham is really passionate about making great cheese and the course is fun as well. Plus his helpers, Pam and Jan are very lovely ladies are very experienced cheesemakers who volunteer to help us.
