This course exceeded my expectations. Graham’s wealth of experience was shared with great enthusiasm, passion and humour. I have made a few cheeses these past years, but Graham has added so much to my existing knowledge. He establishes good cheesemaking practices from the start that will carry a beginner or experienced cheesemaker on their cheesemaking journey. Great Weekend!!!!
