This course definitely met my expectations. I really liked the large variety of cheeses that were covered and the good mix of practical and theoretical parts. This course is intensive but worth it! You’ll learn about a large variety of cheese and it’s a fantastic way to start on your cheesemaking journey. Graham is an enthusiastic teacher with very deep knowledge and experience. Would highly recommend
