This course is so busy. I absolutely enjoyed every minute. I have made just a few cheeses, but I found it SO beneficial and learnt a lot. Fixing things I had been doing wrong and learning new processes. I would highly recommend this course to newbies and people like myself that have been making a small number of cheeses. You get so much more than reading and watching YouTube. Cannot wait for course 2.
