This course was incredible, and while there is a lot of information and techniques provided, it was all super interesting and fun, clear and helpful. Graham is a fantastic teacher, and I am now excited to put all of my new skills to the test back home. Pam and Jen were a great resource for us and Loraine’s food was delicious.
