I liked this course because Graham provided clear instructions and short but useful theory sessions prior to making each cheese. It was also great information about troubleshooting for the cheese. Thank You Graham for a wonderful, fun and informative cheesemaking weekend. I’m learning with lots of knowledge & excitement to continue making lots of cheese
