Fabulous course, with a huge amount of knowledge gained from Graham’s teaching. He was easy to understand, provided lots of tips, comprehensive notes, answers questions day, all while we make lots of cheese. The making of cheese under Graham’s guidance was great. I am ready to make all these cheese at home.
