The course states that its intense, but Graham is 100% constantly supervising, assisting and talking us through the cheesemaking. He is a Master Cheesemaking Teacher. Has such expensive knowledge and practice. I highly recommend the course to anyone that likes cheese. The morning teas and lunches were delicious. Thanks, ladies, for the meals.
