This is a comprehensive and well developed course. Having course notes to study prior to attendance enabled us to build on our reading. We took home eight cheeses, had the opportunity to ask questions and ate lots of nice food. It was such an amazing experience for my daughter and me. Lots of joint cheesemaking sessions ahead. And I say to you, we hope to see you at the next cheesemaking course.
