This course covered a variety of cheese from very easy to not so easy. Graham does an absolutely wonderful job of taking us through all the steps. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone that ever thought that making your own cheese is very achievable. Hope this is the start of a long cheesemaking journey!
