Loved this course. Graham was amazing, exceptionally clear and helpful and kept us busy and on track. His staff were exceptional, and it was a great inspiration to hear their cheesy journeys. If you make it to one of Graham’s courses, be prepared for a very busy two days and the reward of taking home eight amazing cheeses.
