The course was just fabulous! I love the fast pace and intensive learning, the location (I always feel at home in a commercial kitchen), Angela and Pam, your helpers, both were lovely generous ladies. Sunday was the best day, probably because it cemented everything from day 1, I had the basics down pat, by the time Sunday came around I started to really gain confidence in what I was doing! and the catering delicious, and wholesome, right up my alley!)
Some of my starter cultures, ripening cultures and rennets are nearly at or past their best before date. Can I still use them?
