I have made cheese prior to attending this course. It helped straightened out several things I was doing wrong. Everything about the course: the manner it was delivered, the notes, the instructions, the class we had, our helpers Sharyn and Pete…I recommend this course for beginners and experienced cheesemakers.
Making cheese prior to the course is not essential but it is very strongly recommended. I have found that over many years of providing cheesemaking courses, having some basic cheesemaking experience before you get to the course is an enormous help with taking in the information provided at the course.
