My expectations were high…. and the course exceeded them buy a country mile. Excellent notes, good control of the groups timelines and a fun filled approach. Plus Grahams experience is so clearly evident. It’s the Rolls Royce of cheesemaking, everything was superbly well organised, ran smoothly and the results we got were fabulous.   Highly recommended.
